Happy New Year! I've been totally absent since my internet was down. It's amazing how easy it is to get out of the habit of doing something . . . much easier than getting into the habit. I'm back to food journaling and FS, as of today. Two more days of silly eating and I'll be getting back on track. I'm going to East Indian tomorrow before a memorial for a dear friend. I have all the food in the house to get back to eating correctly, Sunday. I know we are all going to have a wonderful and fulfilling new year. Hugs, everyone!

Happy New Year! I'm having a rough time getting back in the right mind-set. It really is a mental thing. I'm not hungry, just craving . . . craving things that can seriously hurt me. I've joined a few challenges you all have invited me to. Maybe that will help me focus. I need to remember how much better I feel when I eat correctly and stop focusing on instant gratification, which makes me feel sick and hurt. It's a new year and a new day. We can do this!

true believer that its the sugar!!!!!!! focus on 2-3 days sugar free and carbs the cravings will go away!
