I like to breathe in first, then out. Any other sequence eventually makes me dizzy.

I hope so 😂 but I’ll do with just being in better shape. 😝.

You burned an *entire meal* in calories! I know “calories burned” is, directly and initially, the least important compared to, say, calories saved through exercise motivating you to change what you eat, but…indirectly, it shows how much effort you put in.
A lot of people only burn a piece of fruit and call it a workout lol. Occasionally guilty. Probably because I used to be a “gym bro,” except I’m not a “bro,” and sometimes don’t want to exercise because I used to do so much of it…working on it.

Alway good catching up with a gym bro. I used to do this level of workout 6-8 times a week. Which meant i could eat pretty much what i liked. Then my dad’s ill health started followed by COVID and all the gyms shutting down, I’ve never got back to that level of fitness and motivation so it start stop now with training and i still eat a lot hence the weight increase and the slow progress

Well I learned my lesson—exercise on the more active end of moderation, won’t burn me out the way being a “gym bro” did for literally 4 years later…ok, can’t blame burnout 4 years later…but, I have been doing better with my habits than before I got back on the app, no more rapid gaining, and a little bit of exercise again even if it’s nowhere close to enough! :)
You are doing great. You have finally lost a permanent few pounds. That is a huge deal and not easy.
