Do not be discourage Linda, sometimes we reach a plateau and it is more difficult to go down. Just persist and you will be able to achieve your goal. God is with us all the time .

Yes He is, thx Vienney!🙏 Those last pounds are the hardest. I’ve been within 3-5 pounds of my goal for almost a year. Maybe I need to change my goal?
