Enjoyed one more slice of Cherry Cheesecake. Will try to let Hubby have the rest.

Windy & Kat, it was so good! Good thing we probably won't be purchasing it on a regular basis. It's quite a large cake (as Costco desserts can be) & pricey. I took it to Book Club & brought about 1/3 home. Too much cake for just Hubby & I to get thru.

Yeah, I only get things like cheesecake in slices, preferably to share. But now I know to join a book club when I finally do retire so I can do get togethers with cheesecake!

Sherry I think you can freeze cheesecake. Maybe freeze individual slices. It's the only way I wouldn't eat the whole thing bite here, bite there, in two days LOL

Windy, I could freeze it but I think this needs to stay on the occasional treats list. At 500 calories for a small slice I shouldn't make it a habit. We do buy a couple of slices of cheesecake sometimes for dessert but it's not this good.

No it wouldnt be very conducive to weight loss to indulge too often!
