This morning I did:
Juice & Toya - 25 Minute DUMBBELL Arms & Abs EMOM Workout [Circuit Strength Training]

Nice little workout, but not going onto the favourite list. Glad I got up and did one after failing to do one yesterday, though. Let's see if I can fit another two in this week.
