I watched that documentary last year. I remember thinking it had a lot of good information. I think I'll watch it again. Thanks!

It's a blend that a tea store here has made for them, all herbal. They have an online store. I'll grab their card with the website as their name has changed over the last year and post it. I am planning on a stop there on Monday. I also really like their "relax". I have a couple others of theirs that I drink now and then but those are my favs so far. It is all loose leaf so either a tea pot and strainer or a tea ball or spoon is needed. I know a couple people on here ordered from them a couple years ago and were happy with them.

Grammy, of course take the info and apply it as it fits you--it doesn't work if it's not a fit..My firm belief. Been there too many times trying low carb, low fat, etc, etc. I like their approach as not a diet but a lifetime change.

I'll have to watch it. I drink a tea of half Japanese green Sencha and half green jasmine blossom. The combo is supposed to be a great antioxidant punch.

Haven't heard of that tea but there are so many available and you can of course mix your own herbs as well.

It's not a mix. I steep one bag of one and one bag of the other at the same time. They're recommended together.

The title is "Hungry for Change", wannabe. It had some interesting info especially about artificial sweeteners. Johanne I love jasmine tea and green tea, not sure I've ever had them together.

I watched the documentary last night. The effects of aspartame in the body as they illustrated it are scary. Also how they say MSG is "hidden" in ingredients under other names....if I read things correctly it said whey protein isolate had MSG? Going to do some research into those things. If nothing else, the documentary will get you thinking about getting away from eating processed foods.

MSG is not dangerous to humans. The United States is the only place where people think this way about MSG. It has less sodium than salt. Which is good thing for those trying to get flavor with less sodium.
