I prepped a Pork Butt with a rub & slow roasted it for dinner ♡ I tried to replicate the Brussels Sprouts recipe from Taco Mac. They turned out pretty good.

It looks really appetizing and the colors are very appealing. I find brussel sprouts very hit or miss either I love them because of how they have been prepared or I very much detest them and won't eat them. 🤔 I don't like it when they become very bitter or mushy. 🤷 But they're so very healthy and can be quite delicious when prepared well.
