Very nice workout. Only used my 5kg and 2.5kg dumbbells and I wish I could say I didn't modify anything, but one legged wall sits were a no-go and then I did the push ups on my knees at the end too. All-in-all, got my heart pumping and I'm so glad there was a gap in my day for it.
Now for a nice hot shower and then some warming protein oats with berries before a walk in the park with a friend. So grateful for a bit of sunshine this morning!
