Sorry still learning how to use this app? I had bypass surgery to keep from getting diabetes? I have not eaten any sugar in years. Carbs are not something I eat a lot of either. I stick to high protein foods and it takes all I can give to eat more than twice a day. I'm learning have not been eating correctly and I think once I figure out what works for me. I will be able to get off the meds, we will see?

Becca, I wish you luck in your journey to better health. I have been in maintenance for awhile, so started adding more carbs back into my eating plan....all in moderation of course. I do work out so they help up my energy levels for that.

Still working on better eating but am having 100 to 106 mid day readings!! My morning ones are like 130 to 139, so they are better. Not sure what my 3 month percent is yet..Thanks and I hope I can get to where you are..I am going on 71 with medical issues but am trying to walk at least 2 to 3 miles a day!!
