OK Energy Bar....Make some energy kick in. 2/3 thru my workout & I'm dragging a bit. It doesn't help it was warm upstairs. Hopefully it's cooler in the weight area. ☆ Monday workout

Cheesey, I usually eat 2 of the mini peanut butter ones or 1 energy bar & 1 snack stick during my workout, just before I do weights. Hubby wanted to try these. The minis are 220 calories for 2. I usually only eat them on workout days.

My daughter loves these. I’ve never gotten into Clif bars because they do not have enough protein for my liking. Protein ratio and cals, the pure protein bars are more my jam..
