It is time to say good bye to all those "creeping pounds" - I had lost about 30 pounds I'd say about a decade ago and I felt fantastic! Well, over the years, the pounds kept creeping back slowly, until now, I have gained probably 25 pounds of it back :( . Upon returning from a camping vacation, where eating healthy food choices and exercise were absent, I was feeling quite "fat". So, for the last week I have been riding my bike, walking, working in the yard, and most importantly, drinking water and eating sensibly. Farewell to the junk food and ice-cream flavours, welcome to fruits and veggies :) . I am going to weigh in on my wii fit every Monday morning @ 8:30, wearing the same workout outfit. I did weigh in last Monday, but did not record it in my fatsecret journal - but I sure wish that I had! I lost 3.5 pounds this past week. I know it seems too good to be true, but I know that a lot of this was fluid from all the salty snacks.

Well, here is to a great week ahead. Remember: Nothing tastes as good as being fit feels!
