Week 8 cut aiming at 1625 cal base, even when I work out. Training for half marathon. Currently just ran 18 km. Race in two weeks at Whistler. Trying to build muscle did a bit of a bulk and eat lots of protein January to March. Now calorie deficit 2 to 300 cal a day using my fitness pal and garmin
71.3 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
