This morning I did: 5 Min Full Body Warm Up with Caroline Girvan followed by her IRON Series 30 Min Unilateral Training Full Body Workout | 14
Great workout, done with 5kg weights and I modified some moves as always. Wasn't feeling the Bulgarian Lunges so just did some deadlifts, suitcase squats and chest presses when she did those. I marvel at how powerful she is using 15kg weights!!!
Again only my first workout for the week, but I'll get back to a good level in good time. Going for my third walk for the week just now and since the weather's bad this weekend will try to do another workout. I'm keen to catch up with all my favourite Youtubers through the next few weeks. I should probably list them sometime for my own reference as well, but running out of time right now.
