Hypothyroidism is something of a mystery. A person can exercise like crazy and it won't come off. I'm try a better breakfast with grains, and half a pound has come off. Note: very slow digestion comes along with hypothyroidism.
67.4 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
