Parkrun today. honestly... it takes so much mental effort to get my ass to run. its not my favourite... before i start... but while im doing it and the nice seratonin boost makes it worth while.

I agree with Blueydlatina, I have a love hate relationship with running too, I just keep fighting that battle to do it, because of how I feel afterwards… loooove that feeling of achievement!!!
