Walked 2361 steps today with grandson, in about 45 minutes. Did not eat on target today. Ate muesli for breakfast with almond milk and banana. Library volunteers luncheon today was at a Mexican restaurant. I ordered the light meal but it was still chicken tortilla soup and one beef taco. Delicious, and so were the tortilla chips I scarfed down! I ate a chocolate mug cake for supper, so my macros were way off target. One day at a time! My philosophy is if you do go off your eating plan, enjoy it; admit it, and then start over the next day.
Macros 37/48/15. 1476 calories. -621 net kcals.
