Clam chowder & Chicken salad (made with last of rotisserie chicken) on toasted Quinoa multigrain ♡ After a chilly, rainy day it was a nice dinner.

Gage, not low cal @ 866 calories for the meal. 465 of that was the chowder...a cup & a half. For weight loss you could go with a lower cal soup or a smaller portion. It was a workout day for me & I was able to burn the extra calories. I was down a smidge this morning.
