My first session in ages. Couldn't keep up with Joe even though he struggled on quite a few of them as he seems to be starting a cold in the video. I managed about 10 reps of each with 6.5kg weights and really took my time. I don't think I'm ready to try to fit in workouts in the week yet, but maybe one on the weekend will do for now. Will try to up my walks next week though to at least 2 besides my walk to work one day (the rest of the time I drive there).

So far I think 16:8 IF is the tool that's working for me somewhat again. Turns out it's probably more like 10:14, but still seems to be ok. Just helps me to reduce calories by having only two solid meals at noon and 5pm and one snack if/when I feel like it.

I think it's something like 8 weeks to the end of the year so wouldn't it be wonderful if I could suddenly get into gear in this last bit of the year and reach the goal I've been aiming for since January? Only time will tell.

Thanks for caring about the pets.........my wee dog isn't concerned by fireworks thankfully but I do keep her in, just in case. I don't think there have been quite so many fireworks this year. Perhaps people haven't got the money to waste now.

Glad to hear, Anne! Yes, it never used to bother my little doggy, but my bigger boy used to hide under desks and run up and down our passage howling when there was fireworks or thunder. My sisters dog also feels it so she's got some calming meds for her, but it seems to only kick in after some time so there's always a bit of stress. So I feel for all those who have a hard time of it. Hope you are well and having a good weekend! xxx
