Tough week this week but trying to eat well, 45 minutes of squash tonight tipped me over exhaustion point but it was worth it 🥵

.....what a beautiful sky....we were walking back from the beach and the moon was fantastic but my phone camera would not capture it....it was simply a dot lol...sleep well and rest your aching bones...

Hope you managed to get some sleep in the end, I’m struggling with sleeping at the moment I like it dark and cold.
