Wifey, I just whipped up the mix (Hungry Jack Buttermilk), added blueberries & baked it in a pie plate. I added a tbsp. of butter towards the end & turned up the temp. to brown the top. I substitute 1/2 cup of milk & 1/4 cup water to 1 cup of mix.
