Nice but I always considered bananas a higher carb fruit. Wonder what fruit is considered high carb? I eat a banana 1 1/2 hours before a workout for added energy. Maybe I need to find something different!

Redporchlady, the chart ranks fruit from lowest to highest carb. So bananas are higher carb than say watermelon.
