Crap. Months of ignoring my diet, a knee injury taking me off of my exercise routine.. and a two month trip in Bologna (the food capital of Italy) has me ballooning up to almost my highest weight ever.

Crap. Well, back on the horse today I guess. Back to paying attention to every calorie.
