Another freezing cold day in "the Peg"....that's the nickname of the city where I live. It's now less that 2 weeks till my holiday and a trip to warmer climates. This involves a Panama cruise this year and some time spent down south to celebrate 25 years of marriage (to the same guy). Lol. This cold snap is supposed to end in a few days but in the meantime it feels good just to cocoon. Today was a day off work so I enjoyed my time curled up with a book, and napping in the sun...this of course after a good workout on the treadmill. I'm having a heck of a time loosing weight. I think it has to do with snacking. Not sure how to curb this bad habit. The good news is that I'm working out...weight training and treadmill at least 4 times a week. I'm noticing an improvement in my muscle tone and endurance but nothing in my weight. Oh well. Will just have to persist I guess and take encouragement from my FS buddies. Thanks guys.
