Huh i think it goes like this: pasta, cream, old cheddar, kidney beans, curcuma,dijon mustard, "herbe du bas saint-laurent". For the quantities, I went with the feeling

June bugs…oh God how I do not miss those. Drawn to light, mass collections at the base of street lights. I just remember late night bike rides and it feeling like you got hit in the face by small rocks as you cruised along. Weird thing about Vancouver, bugs are not really much of a thing. Have no idea why this is, or if it’s even a good thing?
