This morning I did:
Juice & Toya - 20 Minute Upper Body Dumbbell Workout [Build Muscle & Strength]
Followed by their:
8 Minute Full Body Mobility Routine // Flexibility & Range Of Motion

Just a short and sweet one and thankfully I realised I'd need lighter weight so changed mine to 4kg x 2 and it was a great workout.

Hubby and I then went for a walk with a Meetup group along a canal in the afternoon, with some exploration (aka walking around in circles) as led by our guide who clearly needed some help reading his own map. It was a good two hour round trip though and although the sky was grey throughout it was quite pleasant with no wind. Always good to discover new spots we can explore further on our own on another day - there was a cute little village cafe I'd like to go back to, which was closed today because of the bank holiday.

I had a soft serve ice cream before heading home, but otherwise I don't think my calories were too bad for today so starting the week off pretty well. I would usually have a cider or a cappuccino and possibly a scone with cream and jam was on the cards today, but we opted for a soda & lime when we stopped at a pub instead. I also weighed the same as Friday this morning and that is always a good sign for a loss this week - if I stay focused. Hopefully the 4-day week will be mostly stress-free so I can get some other things on my personal to-do list done as well.

I used to use meet up groups when I moved overseas initially too for a while. Especially expat ones. Your walk & guide description made me laugh. 🤣 xx

Yup, Meetup is quite useful, PW. And some of the characters we meet are quite entertaining. Where did you move from and to? And how long before you didn't need the app anymore? We think we might rely on it for quite a while yet - and we've been here for over 10 months already.
