it's taken some months, but I have finally had x-rays and seen a specialist and know what the eff is up with my shoulder. I've just been introduced to calcific tendonitis. I thought the cortisone injection would be hell on earth, but it was tiny... apparently I'll start to feel some relief in a few days.. here's hoping.. because fml, I miss sleeping!!!
