Treadmill after work today at the gym. Incline set at 5 speed 3.5-4mph. Did 20 min plus 5 min cool down. Probably should have used my inhaler before and I would have lasted longer, will increase the time next cardio day. Haven't been on one for awhile. about 11000 steps today.
Made a batch of veggie and pink bean soup when I came home. I can add greens or additional veggies to individual servings while heating them up. Dinner was good all veggies, back to more veggies, less meat. I still have one serving of the little pork roast left. I will need to make more veggie burgers this weekend, used the last one tonight. I like having some frozen.
Tomorrow after work planning on a trip to the natural foods market that I have just located. Need to check out their ad for this week first. On Wednesday they honor last weeks and this coming week ads, grocery stores here switch ads on Wednesday.
