all my talk of having a week if gym this week... out the window. back at physio today. guess this year is just a year of attending to the injured shoulder and shitty alignment issues.

So sorry to hear 😥 I've been dealing with an injury for 8 months now (it's not going to heal anytime soon) I can't walk for 10 minutes straight without causing inflammation. It really sucks when we can't do the things we want to. We should just try our best and do the things we can do. I've re'injured myself a few times because I'm so impatient and stubborn. So hard having to rest the injured part!

Turns out its the piriformis muscle in my butt cheek. Who knew. I thought the butt cheek was one chunk. But it's a much more complicated muscle system than that. Piriformis is knotted and is compacting or pushing against the sciatic nerve. So. All in all. No fun to be had here. Shoulder on one side and butt pain on the other side. I feel 15 years older than I am this week. My dogs are pleased because they've had me lying on the floor with them for days 🤣

Aah no - ouchy!!! Double whammy from both sides and top and bottom (literally ;)). Sure the dogs are enjoying your cuddle time on the floor though! Hope you have some good painkillers if needed and that it all heals soon! xxx
