Decided to try intermittent fasting to see if I get results.I’m at 168 lbs which isn’t a bad weight for me but I would like to get down 10 more pounds.I have set my timeframe up as follows.Fast from 7pm to 11am everyday.From 11 am to 7 I fit in my 3 meals .Is this reasonable or does anyone with experience in this type of weight management have any suggestions. Appreciate any comments or suggestions.Thanks

I've never tried fasting, It sounds like a good idea as you pick the hours that work best for your schedule.Nothing ventured! Nothing gained! I hope it works.
