Going to try and get the regular walks back into my plan as these help massively to reach my goal last time. Starting over post covid and post ribs

I've got the same thoughts. Going for half an hour every day if weather permits. Aerobics if not. Occasionally 2 half hours when I can fit them in. It's got to help yeah? Plus need to keep the joints moving. There's nothing like tending to a 98 year old to drive that home.

Absolutely it’s got to help I done it during lockdown 1 to keep me sane and lost quite a bit during that time. Felt good for it too the main thing is to keep active, I aim to do something every day during January and go from there.
