This morning I did: Heather Robertson - Total Body STRENGTH Workout // Dumbbells Only
This one was perfect for my 4kg dumbbells and I didn't have to modify anything.
I didn't manage a workout over the weekend so just ended on 2, but did go for a nice walk yesterday - just before the snow fell and created the beautiful winter wonderland outside. Nice to feel warm and cozy inside though.
I ended last week on 2200 daily average calories so I think I'll just take a break from tracking calories for a while. Possibly until January to start fresh then. I'm just not reaching my targets and to be so way over (I should have been aiming for below 1800, but then settled for 2000 - and obviously just went crazy beyond). This is no good.
I know December will be stressful because my emotions will get the better of me. I'll try to focus on work for the first 10 days of December then I think I'll take a mental break from it all and just enjoy a bit of a staycation. I want to try to keep exercise going throughout though because it is a major stress reliever and helps me focus on something else and not dwell on other sad thoughts. I think alot of feel-good Christmas movies will be watched. But, I'll try to be mindful of what I'm eating and not end up at 70kg in January. I'm not quitting - just taking a break - and I'll keep tracking my workouts - and will weigh in if a miracle happens and I actually shift some weight (I still step on the scale twice a day anyway).

Aah, thank you Ettenauj! I'm actually enjoying not having to weigh everything I eat this week and finding I'm making some healthier choices so hoping this intuitive eating experiment will pay off. Not sure if that's the correct term for what I'm doing, but it might be. Blessings to you too! 💟😊
