been slacking off the diet so surprised I didn't gain😞

66.9 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg. Still to go: 3.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know the feeling been cheating and trying to get back on track...but it's scary it's not like I made a pig of myself and weight goes up so fast..
