I LOVE my air fryer too @Lynda, I use it several times a day. @mo.awadly, no I'm not following the keto diet. Are you allowed to eat corn on keto? I thought no. @newheathersoon, I put Laird's Superfood Creamer, Unsweetened (so good!). I also add a scoop of collagen. Then blend it all in my ninja blender. Highly recommend!

Oh ok. I'm Igbo. I eat moin moin, meat pie, rice (a lot), plantain, pepper soup, yam and stew. But egusi soup, okro soup, ogbono soup, forget it. They don't make me full. My weight doesn't go down after I eat them. So I just eat them once every few months. When I'm maintaining my weight, they're fine. But when I'm trying to lose, I stay away.
