If you log your food, you can see what you need to do to improve. You might be high in fat, carbs or sugar. Or low in fiber or protein. Are you still going to the gym? I can't afford a gym membership. I just walk every day. Good luck!

Greetings and thanks for the tip Deb. Yes, I was a bad boy. Stayed in calorie limits but fried food slammed my fat content. Back to the grind stone.
