Your body is a big part of who you are as a person. It has done so much for you. Through all the highs and the lows, your body was a part of it. It’s so silly to hate it for what it looks like. Instead of hating your body, make sure to thank it today. Remember that you are loved, and that you are important.

You are more than your body.
