Slept better last night, one pound of the added wt is gone, walked this am and again had a more energized day. Poured rain all morning but cool and sunny this afternoon, should be outside doing something. Thursdays seem to be my tired evenings lately, just want to be lazy, go to bed early.

Sat outside reading for awhile, now stretched out on the couch, 2 pups on top of me wanting attention, on the computer, with Castle re-runs on TV, no ambition to do anything else. Lazy multitasking...I think these short nights are catching up with me.

Ball games to tomorrow after work so will be a late night. There is no rain in the forecast till Sunday. Have put the gym into my Sunday plans.
