Calorie counting is my diet. Upped the protein and veggies. Trying to avoid or limit high fat and refined-sugary-high-processed foods. Had a wedding and baptism on Saturday so the calorie intake was over. Lunch and dinner were actually really good -Sandwiches, green salad and fruits- but it was the desserts that killed the diet (MMMM yummy though).

P.S. HA HA HA Just read the notice it gives you after you enter your new weight.

"You lost 3.0 lb (1.8 %) since you last weighed in on Sunday 01 Jun 14.
At that rate it will take you about 3 months to get to your goal weight."

If only I could lose 3 pounds (or more) every week. That would be awesome. I'd have to get more motivated, more sleep, up earlier and more disciplined. We'll see!

Obviously I didn't get more motivated, more sleep or discipline. But I keep starting over, still hoping, every few months/years--- does that count?
