Trying the IF diet starting tomorrow after 3 months of losing, (yes! ) then gaining back (sigh) the same 4 pounds. Wish me luck on the fasting plan!

The IF program is the first one that has, over time and over all, worked consistently for me. I have worked out a hybrid (sort of, I guess), exercise regimen of stretching, yoga, and bodyweight moves that have helped get this old carcass feeling better. And...... I got Nordic poles and do a lot of walking, Winter and Summer. It's been a challenge but it has been rewarding. Best of luck with your journey. WL

Thx WJ! Gotta try something new because what I am doing is not working and I’m just getting frustrated. Sounds like you are very active. I hope to be again …soon! Headed to physio today for my shoulder (arthritis and 2 hours of weeding gifted me bursitis) and I can barely hold my walking stick post my second hip replacement 3 months ago. Enough whining tho. Slow and steady may win this race. Have a great week!
