Yay!! Internet was back up when I finally came home last night. Haven't set up the new modem but will since this one is ify. So back to tracking today.

Weight has been steady, though I think losing inches here and there. Had to buy smaller underwear as the old ones were falling down, they be going in the trash! A pair of slacks I bought recently is almost too big to wear. So glad there are thrift shops at the moment. My latest pile for the salvation army keeps growing.

Has been a week of kids ballgames after work, which means later nights (last night 10:30 getting home), have been taking a cold dinner with me; so eating mindfully. Will continue that plan for this week as more ballgames this will go on till the first or second week of July. Too much time with no exercise, my body is complaining.

Another workout weekend in the backyard and other chores since I've been on the run lately. Will be glad to get my garden re-vamp done. Course it will still need continuing attention but not the hard intensive work. It will be so nice to love my yard and be able to enjoy it. Having my home inviting and me fit and healthy see both part of me feeling good about me and opening my life up to new journeys and positive people in my life.

5 more bags of mulch, transplanting, tilling, cutting down an overgrown lilac, weed eating, mow the grass, rake an area smooth and plant grass seed. Clean my house and my car ugh! Hopefully I can make at least a dent in this list 😉.

Didn't get very far today... humidity is sky high as is the mold count. The air is what I call heavy, feels thick and hard to breathe. It makes me tired. Bits and pieces of chores done, too much time sitting in the shade.. Loving my raised beds, 15 minutes and all 3 of my four by eight beds were weeded. Plants are growing well, something different for my back yard. Happy that I made them. Should have just done things inside but wanted to be outside. Forgot to eat but have been bad and drank some beer. Will start tracking tomorrow, don't remember measurements from the taboulli. Dinner is grilled summer squash and salmon with a side of taboullli.
