went to the dr...weighed in at 197.8... GRRRR. i have been mad about eating so well and not losing a thing so I had a little break the last week. i didn't track and i did have a few high calorie things like cake and chips and a snickers bar. it takes so much will power to constantly track all food and worry about calories. it's exhausting and to do it solid for a few weeks and not lose anything is really f-ing frustrating. i hurt my knee so i haven't been exercising at all either. i have just hit a wall. i cant keep working so hard on the food and not see any results. it is too frustrating. or i can just eat what i want and stay the same if i work out a couple times a week. i don't eat horribly anyway and rarely eat out so when i say i eat whatever i want it's probably still a lot better than most people. well i tracked breakfast today and i guess i will keep trying cause i do still want to lose some more weight but it's just frustrating! i need to see results. maybe i need to do measurements and compare those, too.

yes I know where you are coming from because I have been there. What you cant see is what is going on inside your body. You may be losing fat but the body is holding water because it is saying---maybe she will feed me soon and I want to be ready. Keep on dieting and soon your body will say "ok, you win, I will lose"

Don't give up. Sometimes we need a break. I like to use the way my cloths fit as my scale. The one with numbers changes day to day hour to hour. It is even different if you place it in a different spot on the floor.
