Wanted to be able to be able to write out my health journey thoughts somewhere anonymously and I guess I found the place! Currently trying to lose some weight, eat healthier, quit vaping, and quit drinking Diet Coke! Kind of a lot to take on at once but I am ready to make some smaller changes one step at a time to better myself.
