First full week of full training well apart from one rest day but I’m sure I can manage that 😆 and feeling like I’m starting to get back my fitness level and being able to push more to improve.

Mon weights
Tues rest
Wed squash
Thurs boot camp
Fri weight
Sat spin
Sun rest

For me this is about staying fit and healthy, creating good habits and enjoying life.

Yes, the last 18 months have been tough because of the restrictions but so glad I can finally get back to a routine I enjoy 😃

My turbo trainer got me through the lockdown. I think I would have lost the plot without it!
