Fasting blood sugar 153/ weight 164 Plan: Paleo if possible. Don't know how I lost back down to 164 but I'm not getting back on the scales to see if its correct! Paleo seems to work well, even if I'm eating more calories than I should. It has to be the balance of macros. Challenge today is a church dinner. Will try to maintain -- so many good cooks! Didn't manage to ignore the dessert table, but did limit myself. Walked this evening with hubby. We found a bird on the road killed by a car. I have been trying to identify it. It was a small bird with an iridescent green color similar to a hummingbird's, with yellow breast and dark wings, but more a sparrow size.
