Love is sense of adventure
Love is how we are not afraid to be all of who we are
Love is knowing the allOne were never alone
Love is we are aware of what is not being expressed by others yet we do not need to say so, as we release them to just be in their own
Love is watching our Life like it is a movie, now released from the drama in the moment
Love is how we are kind when others are not
Love is how we are genuine when others are not
Love is how we forgive when others have not
Love is how we love when we are loved
Love is how we love still when we are not loved
Love is how we are on our own path following our own guidance
Love is how we are living by our own inner compass
I love how we are healing

Wow, very nice Lisa, very nice. After I read this, I forgot what I was going to say to you! Oh yea, my recipe for the "sundae". I'm going to get the stuff I need this week and give it a try. I'll let everyone know how it is and figure it up nutrition wise and let you know. Maybe it's good for jump starting a stagnating weight loss as well as for a plateau. We will see.
