entered my first weigh in in almost a year. i maintained. well i cheated a bit. i weighed myself at the gym a few weeks ago and i was doing it every couple weeks and was around 195. the last time i did it about a month ago it was closer to 200, naturally i was not pleased so i didnt weigh in until now. i have been focusing on healthy eating for a few weeks now and last night at home i weighed 192, this morning at 194. i am back on track. my last weight in was 194 last summer. i feel happy to have maintained the bulk of my weight loss over the last 9 months or so. i am re-energized to go at it again. this time more focused on healthy eating and calorie counting. will be working towards mixing up my workouts and creating more of a routine in the coming months as well!
