I’m dreading tomorrow’s weigh in as it’s been a heavy (but fun) week, but it is what it is and we all need that balance between hard work, discipline and fun. So tomorrow morning I need to focus on getting back on track and getting back to my targets weight.

You’ll be fine. It was your birthday after all and you can’t not have cakes and other treats on your birthday 😊. I went out for lunch yesterday and had a couple of pints a big meal and a huge pudding and I honestly don’t care 😂😂
