This morning I did:
Caroline Girvan - 45 Min ARM DAY Workout with Dumbbells | EPIC II - Day 17

Played it at 1.25 speed again and wow, did I feel worked. Hope it's not too bad that I didn't have time for a warm up. I'll count this as 50 mins because the normal video time is over that, but I'm aware that I'm cheating slightly time-wise.

Calories were so close to 1800 so pretty good for a change. Mostly because I didn't have some wine I was planning to on Sunday evening. Hope this week will go as well - IF is a great tool for lowering calories. Doing it again this week and I will miss my oats because we have ripe avocados for lunch. On Friday I weighed 70.7kg and this morning 70.5kg so I'll take that as progress - not gaining over a weekend. Should be back at a solid 70 again by Friday and will keep logging at 70 until I can get below that. I am not allowing myself to log another one over to keep focus! Usually works for me.

Stress will probably be high again this week, but I'll try to get my exercise done and try to get 8 hours a night too if I can.

Caroline's workouts are always challenging for me. I do a couple a week.

Thanks LC! Yes, Caroline's workouts are a challenge indeed, but this morning the phrase that popped into my head was 'burn so good'. Felt muscles I did not know existed, which is always a pleasure. I love that she takes a break sometimes too and I think she's using 8kg dumbbells in these - so mighty impressive and something to work towards. Also cool that she's barefoot in some as I never bother with shoes. Will definitely add her to my rotation. 💪🙌

Love her workouts to bits, I don't focus on loosing the weight since doing her Epic 1 & now on 2, I love how my endurance/strength have gone up, and how defined my legs, arms, shoulders en core are looking. She's my go to YouTuber when I'm not running.
