After quite a while off struggling with a niggle in my back I finally decided to go and get it checked out as it was starting to frustrated me, restricted me in what I could do and also was starting to eat to much in frustration and boredom, two sports massages later I’ve now had a couple of days with no issues so looking forward to getting on it again 😀

I always stretch as part of my gym routine and I do isolation exercises focusing on lower back. This helps me keep aches and pains away from that area.

Anne definitely an area I need to improve on and currently starting to work on as it’s tight hamstrings and glutes that have caused the problems

I was tired today (swimming is killing me lol)so I did a long stretch session at the gym instead of weights. My hamstrings and left groin were really tight. I've got some work to do too.3
