Another F45 body scan for end of challenge. Weight has come off since last time but as before, looks like a big chunk of that loss was muscle, not fat.

I’m no expert but I think you need more protein. Cut back on cardio to one only 20minute HIIT and restrict your weights workouts to 3 days a week - but ramp them up to an intense ‘high point’ - then stop. If you’re losing muscle, you’re overworking. I’ve cut way back on my actual time spent in the gym and I’m still gaining strength and muscle. Some of the time out was due to a reaction to my flu shot, but even cutting back to 1 gym session per week I was still losing weight without losing muscle. Try the 40P 40C 20F macro mix and see if it makes a difference.
