Bronco, it's a recipe from Hello Fresh. The meatballs are Angus ground beef, minced ginger, soy sauce & panko. I didn't have any shallots, I added horseradish. The sauce is mayo, sour cream, honey, soy sauce & Sriracha. Sprinkle with Korean chili flakes for serving. I use Kraft olive oil mayo & low fat sour cream....that lowered the calories.
